Website Care & Support – Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

The Ongoing Website Care & Support plan covers small, routine updates to the existing website, including:

  • Text edits and wording changes

  • Image swaps or replacements

  • Updating contact details or service information

  • General support to ensure the website remains live and functioning

  • Use of the live Google Reviews feature (where enabled)

The service is intended for minor changes only and does not include ongoing development or redesign work.

2. Exclusions

The following are not included in the support plan:

  • New pages or sections

  • Website redesigns or layout changes

  • Large content rewrites or copywriting projects

  • New functionality, integrations, or custom features

  • SEO, marketing, advertising, or lead-generation work

  • Email setup or management

  • Any work requiring significant design or build time

Any work outside the scope above will always be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.

3. Requests & Turnaround

  • Requests should be submitted via message or email.

  • Updates are completed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on complexity and workload.

  • There is no guaranteed response time, but reasonable availability is provided.

4. Reviews Feature

The live Google Reviews section is a paid feature included as part of the support plan.

If the support plan is cancelled, this feature will be removed and replaced with static testimonials or review screenshots.

5. Ownership & Responsibility

  • The website, domain, and hosting subscription remain the client’s property.

  • The client is responsible for maintaining their domain and website subscription payments.

  • The provider is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting platforms, or changes made by the client outside of the support plan.

6. Payment & Cancellation

  • The support plan is billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected option.

  • The plan can be cancelled at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, support and included features (such as live reviews) will be removed at the end of the billing period.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in service. Any updates will be shared in advance.

8. Acceptance

By subscribing to the Ongoing Website Care & Support plan, the client agrees to these terms.
